Nice local restaurant were you can enjoy typical meals a decent price. Kudo to the waitress doing all the job while the other one was just there to break glasses

I am from Canada and have a very high standard of food. I am so happy I came here. The food was excellent better than what I have had so far in Madeira and Porto. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The flavours were absolutely delicious while still tasting like a home cooked meal. The octopus was incredible, the ribs were very good. I this we all dipped out potatoes in the garlic butter on the ribs.

This is a well known place in Porto Santo for lovers of grilled food (both open flame and otherwise). Had grilled octopus, ribs, grilled sausage (lots of black pepper, beware!), and some corn bread. Food is consistently good and might do it for you if you prefer simpler, terre-à-terre sort of meal and ambience.

It was our first restaurant in Porto Santo, it’s just 9 minutes walk from airport. The food was great and very tasty. We loved espetadas, potatoes and vegetables. Perfect lunch. It’s quite far away from our apartment, but I guess we will come back. Obrigada

Excellent food and service. I have been to many top rated restaurants in Funchal and I did not like the food as much as I did at this restaurant. Finally a taste of typical Mediterranean cuisine, where you can sense flavours of meats and vegetables. I am a very fussy customer but the service together with fantastic food was a really pleasant experience for a solo traveler. Portions were big for the prices and even a foodie like me couldn’t finish them easily :) I usually don’t eat desserts but I couldn’t say no after I saw a nice presentation and description provided by the staff to another table. I left very full and satisfied. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough, in my opinion the best in Madeira and Porto Santo.

I’ve been dining at Sabores na Brasa year after year, and it never disappoints, the staff is unbelievably friendly and truly welcoming. The octopus dishes are a standout: beautifully grilled, smoky, tender and full of flavour, consistently one of my favourite things on the menu. You need to try this octopus, it is delicious . I also tried the espetada of filé mignon before which is good and the porto santo bread with Gaiado was also great . And don’t miss the desserts, they’re consistently delicious and beautifully presented. Portions are good and pricing is reasonable, making it a favourite of both locals and visitors alike. I always leave fully satisfied and eager to return, everything from the plating to the service and food quality remains reliably excellent. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Porto Santo!
